Dear Family,

After careful consideration, prayer and guidance we have decided to cancel the reunion until July 16-18, 2021 due to COVID-19. Currently Charlotte, along with other cities and states are under the stay-at-home order, with no timeline of when this might be resolved. The venues for the reunion are also closed with no time frame of when they might reopen. We are currently in the process of mailing out letters to everyone.

**If you have already sent in your reunion fees, they will be applied to next year along with monies for t-shirts.**

***If you already reserved your hotel room, it will be cancelled and you will need to reserve your room again to reflect the new date. The earliest you will be able to reserve your room for July 2021 will be July 2020***

The Hotel and Rate will remain the same $99.00 plus tax $114.25
